Job Description:​

Administrative duties

  • Assist Sr. Sales Associate in day-to-day business.

  • To be responsible for all daily, weekly & monthly sales reports

  • Tracking/Inputting/Reporting lead generation

  • To assist with prospect appointments/scheduling

  • MLS input & monitoring

  • Prospect traffic monitoring.

  • To be responsible for opening and closing of models

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Conduct monthly real estate & market research.

 

Interpersonal and Professional Skills

  • Has a positive approach and demonstrates high professional standards when conducting work

  • Communicates in a clear logical style (both orally and in writing)

  • Self-motivated and determined.

  • Works well within a team

  • Maintaining an optimistic outlook and contributing to a positive work environment. 

  • Following through on commitments and being reliable. 

  • Adapting to changing situations and new information. 

  • Being able to discuss and reach agreements in a professional manner. 

  • Organization and attention to detail

 

Skills and Experience​

  • Proficiency in Excel (a must)

  • Editing PDF’s

  • Outlook Teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

  • Proof reading

  • MLS (Real Estate Multiple Listing Service) experience
