The Enclave luxury apartment community in Otay Ranch was designed by Southern California developer Baldwin & Sons for the growing segment of the population defined as renters-by-choice. The REMM Group will manage the 300 spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes in Chula Vista.

The Enclave is located at 1625 Santa Venetia St, Chula Vista, California. The REMM Group has begun pre-leasing the community from a temporary leasing office down the block at 1580 La Media Rd Chula Vista.The community will open later this spring.
